To apply for the Swami Vivekananda Scholarship, follow these straightforward steps:

Step by Step Process of SVMCM Scholarship Fresh Application 2023-24

Please follow the below steps to fill up the Online Application Form.

Step 1: Online Registration

1. At first, applicants need to fill up and submit the online registration form.
2. On successful submission of the Registration Form, an Applicant ID of 15 characters will be generated and it will be used to login and complete the remaining Steps of the Application process.
3. The Applicant ID is also required for all future correspondences.
4. The Applicant ID will also be sent to the mail id entered at the time of registration.

Note: If you are a girl pursuing a regular post-graduation course in Science/Arts/Commerce and do not have a Kanyashree(K2) ID, apply under the Directorate of Public Instruction category, as the criteria and benefits remain the same as Kanyashree(K3).

Step 2: Online Application

1. Login with the generated Applicant ID, Password (which was set during Registration Process), and Captcha (Security Code).
2. After successful login, fill up the rest of the application forms.
3. While uploading Scanned Copy of Image (Photograph) and Signature, please maintain File Format and File Size as mentioned.
4. Image (Photograph) and Signature format should be JPG/JPEG, and size should be in between 20KB-50KB and 10KB-20KB respectively.

The Minority Students applying for Fresh Scholarship or Renewal are requested to apply in the following Portal.

Step 3: Upload Documents

1. After successful submission of application forms, the form to upload scanned supporting documents will appear.
2. Upload all necessary documents as mentioned in the form.
3. While uploading, please maintain the File Format and File Size, as mentioned.
4. Files should be in PDF format and size should not exceed 400KB.

Step 4: Final Submission

1. After successful upload of supporting documents, the online application is shown in view mode.
2. You can edit the information if needed at that time.
3. Now the submission process will be completed by clicking on “Final Submit Application” button from view application.

Please note that after the final submission of the online application, the application cannot be edited anymore.

Step 5: Edit Application (If Needed)

Please note that once the application form is submitted, there is generally no option to edit the details. However, if modifications are necessary (e.g., changing bank details or updating uploaded documents), the applicant can approach the Head of the Institution (HOI) for assistance. The HOI will unlock the application, allowing the applicant to make the required edits.

1. Marksheet of the last examination passed/previous year Marksheet. (Both sides need to be uploaded as PDF format).
2. Income Certificate of Family (Format of Income Certificate of Family is available in Official Site menu) (Group-A Officer to issue Income Certificate.)
